Dangerous Medications
Ordinary people have every right to bring a claim in court against giant pharmaceutical companies, but few law firms in the United States have the resources and legal savvy to do so. We do. We will stand up to large drug companies which mass-market dangerous medications, or medications which create an unacceptable side effect which has harmed you. Currently we are investigating:
- Pradaxa. Pradaxa is linked to unacceptable bleeding and it appears the maker of that drug failed to adequately warn of this. Other risks that have been linked to cause harm for Pradaxa use: heart attack, kidney failure, brain hemmorhage, and death.
- Janumet. Merck & Co., the maker of Janumet, appears to have withheld information linking it to pancreatic cancer, kidney damage, thyroid cancer and pancreatitis.
- Januvia. It appears that Januvia may increase the risk to the pancreas, pancreatic cancer, and hemorrhagic pancreatitis. It appears Merck withheld information about these risks.
- Actos. It appears that the drug maker did not adequately test the risk of bladder cancer. Possible signs of bladder cancer (and this is not medical advice) is blood in urine, among others.
